Proofcam ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

Information Collection

Proofcam does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, photos, videos, or user-generated content on external servers.

All captured photos and videos remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them manually.

Permissions

The App requires the following permissions to function properly:

• Camera — to capture photos and videos
• Microphone — to record audio during video recording
• Storage / Photos — to save photos and videos to your device gallery

These permissions are used solely for the core functionality of the App.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Proofcam offers optional in-app purchases and subscription plans ("Pro") through the Google Play Store.

• All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. Proofcam does not collect, process, or store your payment card information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. For refund requests, please visit the Google Play Help Center .

Purchase Data

Proofcam may receive confirmation of your purchase status from Google Play to verify and activate Pro features on your device. This confirmation is processed locally and is not transmitted to any external server operated by Proofcam.

We do not store your purchase history on our servers.

Advertising

Proofcam may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob. Advertisements are shown only to free-tier users. Pro subscribers do not see ads.

Third-party advertising providers may automatically collect certain non-personal device information to provide and improve advertisements, including:

• Device identifiers
• Advertising ID
• Approximate location
• App interaction and diagnostic information

Proofcam does not directly collect, access, or store this information.

Data Storage

All photos and videos created using the App are stored locally on your device storage.

The App does not upload, back up, or synchronize your media files to any external server or cloud platform.

Your Pro subscription status and daily usage counters are stored locally on your device using secure local storage. This data is not transmitted externally.

Children's Privacy

Proofcam is not intended for children under the age of 13. In-app purchases require a Google Play account and parental approval for users under 18, as enforced by Google Play.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the updated effective date.
